For all Blue Valley Southwest Staff and Administrators:

 

The BVSW Grant process will take place Spring 2027. Our PTO website will be updated with details and deadlines and an email will go out as we get closer. We STRONGLY encourage you to apply for Blue Valley Educational Foundation Grants in Fall 2026 as BVSW was awarded $7500+ last year! The window for the 2026-27 BVEF teacher grant application is September 8th - October 2nd, 2026. 

 

For BVSW PTO Grants, priority will be given to teacher and administrator grant applications. We are encouraging Booster Clubs and other BVSW-sponsored organizations to sign up to work concessions to earn funds! 
 

Concessions pays $20/hour/volunteer this year. If there are additional funds from Concessions remaining after teacher and administrative grants are paid at year-end, those funds will be shared by the groups who help us earn them in the form of a Bonus Payout. We can not guarantee a payout because we never know what the school needs will be, but our commitment is to use the funds in the year raised to benefit the current school community!
